Cancellation Policy

GameSloth is in closed beta and does not currently accept live subscription payments. This policy is a launch-ready draft and will be reviewed before commercial release.

Closed beta

No live paid subscriptions are currently offered.

At commercial launch

Customers will be able to cancel from GameSloth through Plans → Manage billing. Cancellation is planned to take effect at the end of the already-paid billing period, so access remains available until that date.

Plan changes

Customers will be able to change between Sloth+ and Sloth Pro in the hosted billing portal. Any immediate price adjustment or credit will be shown before confirmation.
