Terms of Service

GameSloth is in closed beta and does not currently accept live subscription payments. This policy is a launch-ready draft and will be reviewed before commercial release.

Closed beta

GameSloth is currently beta software. Features can change, fail or be temporarily unavailable. Keep backups of important files and do not rely on GameSloth as your only recording method.

Using GameSloth

You may use GameSloth for lawful personal and creator purposes. You are responsible for the content you record, share and publish, including permission from teammates and compliance with game rules and platform terms.

Accounts and security

Keep your account credentials secure. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass plan restrictions, abuse Sloth Sync or access another user's content without permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of your gameplay clips and edits. You grant GameSloth only the temporary permissions technically required to sync, process or export content you choose to use with a feature.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are not live during the closed beta. At commercial launch, pricing, renewal and cancellation details will be shown before purchase and subscriptions will remain active until cancelled.

Availability and liability

The beta is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted recording, file recovery or compatibility with every game, device or audio setup. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
