Closed Alpha notice. GameSloth does not currently accept live subscription payments. This is a practical launch draft, not a substitute for tailored legal advice. Company registration, VAT and public business-address details will be added after the KVK registration is completed.

1. Closed Alpha

GameSloth does not currently accept live subscription payments, so there are no Closed Alpha subscription charges to refund.

2. Mandatory consumer rights

This policy does not limit rights that apply under consumer law. Depending on your country and the nature of the digital service or digital content, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal after entering a distance contract. Different rules can apply if you expressly request immediate performance, use the service during that period, or expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge the legal consequences.

3. Refund requests after launch

After live billing launches, contact us promptly if you believe there was a duplicate charge, unauthorised charge, incorrect amount or material service failure. We will review the account, invoices and service status and provide a refund where required by law or reasonably appropriate.

4. Change of mind

Stopping use of GameSloth does not automatically cancel a recurring subscription. Use the online billing portal to cancel future renewals. Any statutory withdrawal right or other mandatory remedy remains available according to the applicable rules.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method where possible. Banks and payment providers determine how long the credit takes to appear.

6. How to request help

Email gameslothinfo@gmail.com with the account email, invoice reference, charge date and a short explanation. Do not include full card details or passwords.

7. Model withdrawal form

EU/EEA consumers can also use the model withdrawal form where a right of withdrawal applies.
